Technical support. We fix problems and answer queries by email or telephone. We try to respond the same day. We also provide on-line technical information.
Maintenance. It is important to keep your website active and up-to-date. We make minor changes on request, generally by end of next business day. Up to 10 hours of updating work per year is included in the support charge.
Quarterly review. Every quarter we - • check your site for correct display and operation, including any external links • check for any out-of-date content • upload the site to the server to give it a recent date, visible by your users and also the search engines • re-submit to major search engines Website monitoring. We monitor your website 24/7 and notify you by SMS or email of any problems, if a problem is found our support services will start investigations to correct any problems and notify you of the fixes made.
